Hot Yo Masterclasses are focused and thematic based yoga class. It is a workshop based so every student gets full attention from our well-trained instructors.

Our Masterclasses are complementary to our Silver and Gold members, or with a surcharge for anyone who would like to indulge in the yoga mastery experience.



Level: Open Level
Style: Hatha yoga
Duration: 60 minutes

Mixed class is a tough but easy class to follow, which combines the rigour of the Flow class with the ease of the Slow class. It is suitable for anyfirst time yoga practitioners who are seeking to learn the foundations of yoga. This class will also deepen your yoga practice as seasoned yogis. Equally it will take you to the next level of strength, flexibility, patience, and stamina. There is no music in this class, just instructions.

Level: Intermediate-Advanced
Style: Vinyasa Flow
Duration: 60 minutes

Flow is a fast-paced class where the movements are strung together almost in a dance-like motion. It focuses on balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular exercise to deliver a full body workout. Be prepared to sweat to some upbeat tunes!

Level: Advance
Style: Bikram Yoga
Duration: 90 minutes

Hot Yoga 90mins adopts the Bikram Yoga style that originates from traditional hatha yoga techniques. This series classes run for 90 minutes and consist of the same series of 26 postures, including two breathing exercises. This class is recommended if you are looking to management your weight or build your stamina through yoga.

Level: Intermediate

Strala Flow combines the movement wisdom of tai chi with the forms of yoga, tai chi, and qigong, as a way to help people release stress, heal, and move more easily through all kinds of challenge.


Level:  Beginner-Intermediate
Style: Yin, Restorative Yoga
Duration: 60 minutes

Slow is a deep, slow class designed for stretching and de-stressing. It is suitable for newcomers, those who are perhaps a little stiff, and those who are working with injuries. This class focuses on correct technique, alignment, meditation and breathing. Expect to relax to the very best in acoustic and chill out music.

Style: Pilates
Duration: 60mins

In short, Yoga + Pilates = Yogalates! Blending the two is time-efficient as you can expect to address all the major muscle groups under one hour.  It is dynamic, physically demanding practice synchronises breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body.  This class is great for building core strength and toning the body.

Style: Similar to Ashtanga Yoga
Duration: 60mins

Similar to “gym-yoga”, Power Yoga is a fitness-based practice. It focuses on the integration of mindful breathing with movement that cultivates strength, flexibility, stamina, balance and nurtures not only our physical but also psychological well-being.  Power Yoga classes move at a faster rhythm in a non-heated room, therefore it is an intense workout that will make you sweat.

Kids yoga is open to Children ages 4-10 years old. The class is designed to encourage children to connect with the beauty within them, their power of loving, giving, and receiving, celebrating their uniqueness through lessons from notable children books. This class runs concurrently with the adult yoga class, children do not need to have prior yoga experience.

Style: Yin, Restorative Yoga
Duration: 60 minutes

Massage Yoga combines two or more elements of a therapeutic flying, an aesthetics flying, acrobatics, dance, yoga, Thai bodyworks, stretching and a live sound bath. This mindful practice increases awareness and reduces stress using gentle and creative asana, movement, breath-work and energy-work. An added bonus, essential oil will be used throughout the class. Designed for all levels and practice individually, with partner or in a group.

Gentle Hatha is a deep, slow class designed for stretching and de-stressing. It is suitable for newcomers, those who are perhaps a little stiff, and those who are working with injuries. This class focuses on correct technique, alignment, meditation and, breathing. Expect to  sooth into the week with a gentle practice

Level: Open Level
Duration: 60mins

This dynamic, physically demanding practice synchronises breath and movement. An ashtanga practitioner can expect to increase stamina and toning the body. Prepare to sweat (without the heaters) as you briskly move through a set sequence.

Level: Intermediate
Duration: 60mins

Cardioballet is a dynamic fitness aerobic class inspired by classical ballet and Pilates movements. It trains the spine to move in an elegant flow through it’s choreographies that makes it an interesting, refreshing and dynamic. Its wide arm and leg movements improves blood and energy circulation making the class a complete cardio, muscle trainer, fat burner, and stretching program for everybody.

Level: Beginners
Duration: 60mins

This is a fun open-level class that welcomes everyone from beginner to advanced level. The first half of class will get you sweating with upbeat Vinyasa flow sequence followed by a more mellow and gentle second half of class with Yin yoga sequence. If you like music and yoga, this is a class for you!
