What is Yoga Teacher Training? Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) is the process that yoga students go through in order to become qualified as yoga teachers or simply to deepen their knowledge in yoga. We offer many different types and levels of Yoga Teacher Training and, generally, our members will choose a Yoga Teacher Training according to the style of yoga that they want to explore more and ultimately teach.

Our yoga teacher training courses are accredited by Yoga Alliance, while our Pilates teacher training is certified by Power Pilates LLC, the biggest Pilates studio in United States of America. Through this training our trainees would gain a foundation in yoga asana, philosophy, anatomy, assisting, and much more. Our teacher training include 50 hours to 200 hours of training for a more advanced course. 

Our teacher trainings are conducted in house at our studio located in Desa Sri Hartamas (near Bangsar) that is equipped with top yoga and learning facilities in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Join us for this transformational journey by clicking on training below.

Pilates Mat 1 Teacher Training by Power Pilates NYC

100hr Yoga Alliance Pre and Post-Natal Yoga Teacher Training by Pure Yoga

Prenatal yoga practice in general helps soon-to-be mothers tune into their physical, mental and emotional changes of pregnancy. Yoga emphasises on relaxation as well as body and breath awareness, which perfectly suits pregnant women’s needs.

Pilates Mat 2 Teacher Training by Power Pilates LLC

During the Core Mat II weekend, students will learn 12 intermediate level exercises, including where to add them within the sequence of the beginner level mat class, and continue to work on expanding their teaching skills.

All essential components of the Power Pilates teaching tools and formula will be enriched and advanced exercises will be mastered during the Advanced Mat training.

RYT 70hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training by Pure Yoga

This Yin Yoga teacher training is a comprehensive training programme, designed for teachers and practitioners interested in understanding the anatomic and energetic theories of yin yoga.
